For years in Turkey there was an understanding in which ever field it was Turks could not manage and only by those done by foreigners and our people always believed they know their job and nothing will outcome from us.

Later years they gave great efforts to change this mind. Of course our subject is football. First technical directors and trainers made revaluation by stating that we can be successful as them and even better. Started with H. Serpil Tuzun on international platform and this continued with Mustafa Denizli, Fatih Terim and last Senol Gunes which held us to look in to future with hope. Our technical directors and trainers show big effort to renew and increase their knowledge to teach their players. Football players has gone along distance in professional respect and competition with their ability. This is also being supported by the media to save the day by the score, to keep the bench, disqualification of technical directors and trainers still continues.

Even minority success in the near future will help Turkish football grow.

The idea preparing the team on a match box has not changed however the most important subject is to have local trainers in the 17. Super league teams. Our responsibility to change and encourage apply this idea. Learning, developing and trusting himself and most important respecting each other will be achieved with success. With affection.
